White Chocolate Pecan Pie
1 pre-baked pie shell
2 cups pecans
2 oz. white chocolate
2/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup dark Karo syrup
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Sprinkle nuts and chocolate over pre-baked crust. whisk remaining
ingredients in a large bowl, pour over nuts and chocolate. Bake
350F for about 25 minutes (until filling has set).
